«Pippa’s happening wanted to go beyond boundaries to overcome walls of prejudice and fight racism and war» (Bedri Baykam, U.P.S.D president)

Pippa Bacca during her last performance titled “Brides on Tour”

The President of The Turkish Association of Art, the U.P.S.D. Bedri Baykam said «We regret endlessly the loss of this young and bright, dedicated artist who was murdered in the midst of this happening that wanted to go beyond boundaries to overcome walls of prejudice and fight racism and war. Pippa trusted the human beings of this world and she knew the risks she was taking. It is extremely unfortunate that she had to pay it with her life. The world as it is, was not ready and up to her expectations and wishful thinking. We shall always remember her with her bright smile, reckless creative ideas and human warmth».
